The reservation for a apartment is legally binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation.
Payment is made on arrival or by advance payment (bank transfer or by providing a valid credit card). A security deposit will not be charged. When booking the non-cancellable rate, payment is made at the time of reservation.
The apartment will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Claims for damages cannot be asserted in the exceptional event that the apartment cannot be occupied on time at 3 p.m. The apartment must be made available from 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
The apartment is rented with a complete inventory. Any shortages, defects or damage must be reported to the Landlord without delay. Any complaints regarding the condition of the apartment and the inventory will only be accepted within 24 hours of arrival. Subsequently, any damaged/missing items must be replaced. The inventory must be treated with care and is only intended to remain in the apartment. The Tenant shall be liable for damage caused by culpably breaching the duty of care and notification which the Tenant is subject to, especially in the event of improper handling of technical equipment and other furnishings. The Tenant is also liable for the culpability of his/her fellow travellers. Damage caused by force majeure is excluded. 4.2. In the event of breach of Contract during use of the apartments, such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of the peace in the establishment, etc., as well as non-payment of the full rental price (§ 2), the contract may be terminated without notice. The rent already paid to the Landlord will not be returned.
The minimum stay for the accommodation units is 1 night. The apartment may be occupied by no more than the number of people stated in the description. In the event of overcrowding, the Owner of the apartments has the right to turn away excess people or to collect the corresponding surcharge. All apartments are non-smoking and are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of violations of the smoking ban, any damages incurred due to loss of rental income will be claimed and/or a cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged.

The Landlord may cancel without notice after commencement of the Tenancy if the Tenant persistently disturbs other Tenants despite a warning or behaves in breach of the Contract to such an extent that immediate termination of the Tenancy Contract is justified.
The Landlord is liable for the proper provision of the rental property, within the scope of the due diligence of a proper businessperson. Liability for any failures or disruptions in water or power supply, as well as events and consequences due to force majeure are hereby excluded.
There are no agreements other than those listed in this Contract. No verbal agreements have been concluded. These General Terms and Conditions are accepted with the transfer of the deposit or the payment in cash.
Should one of the previously described rental conditions be legally invalid, it will be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the original intent. The remaining rental conditions shall be unaffected by this and shall remain valid.
