The Wertschätzer is located in one of Detmold's oldest half-timbered buildings, which dates back to the 16th century. We approached the task of fully renovating this listed building from the ground up with loving appreciation, down to the last detail. We have been welcoming our guests to this historically significant and ever-present setting since 2020, and that has set us apart as an appreciator of fine things.
