If you arrive after 6 p.m., please transfer the full invoice amount to the account indicated in the reservation confirmation before your arrival. Alternatively, you can also pay via PayPal (info@wrtschtzr.de) or specify a credit card, which we can use to debit the invoice amount. e will send you your personal access data via SMS on the day of arrival by 4 p.m. at the latest and you can check in independently at any time!

Cars / Vans: For all our properties, we offer a limited number of parking spaces at our Wertschätzer III house on Paulinenstraße for 8 euros per night. Please make a reservation in advance!
Alternatively, you can purchase special parking permits issued by the city of Detmold at our reception. With these permits, you can park anywhere in Detmold outside of Zone A for 3.50 euros until noon the following day. We will be happy to provide further information!
Bicycles: At the courtyard of Hotel Wertschätzer, all guests have the opportunity to store their bicycles in a lockable bicycle shed. This provides protection from curious eyes and inclement weather conditions. Additionally, you have the option to charge the battery of your e-bike.

The reception at Krumme Straße 32 is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays we are open from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. In the morning, you can also drop off your baggage at our restaurant in the Wertschätzer Hotel, including on public holidays.
All apartments are non-smoking and are equipped with smoke detectors. In the event of violations of the smoking ban, any damages incurred due to loss of rental income will be claimed and/or a cleaning fee of 150 euros will be charged. If you would like a small balcony that you can smoke on, please ask us when making your reservation. We would be happy to provide further assistance.
The Wertschätzer Hotel has a barrier-free room that is also accessible at ground level for wheelchair users. All other apartments and hotel rooms are accessible using the stairs! We can generally still find solutions for people with physical limitations. We will be happy to assist you!
The WIFI is naturally free of charge.
Pets can be accommodated in our Wertschätzer III building for an additional fee.
All other apartments and hotel rooms are suitable for people with allergies. That is why we would ask for your understanding that animals cannot be accommodated in the other buildings.
The bathroom contains shower gel, shampoo and hand soap. We of course also offer you a hairdryer and towels.
We offer breakfast to our guests and friends in the Wertschätzer Hotel restaurant. More information on times and prices can be found on the restaurant page.
We provide bed linens and towels in all apartments and hotel rooms.
If you wish to replace towels in the hotel room, you can simply place the towel to be replaced on the floor.
Are you staying longer and would like to do laundry? Please enquire at reception and we will assist you.
Do you need an extra bed or a highchair? No problem: we will provide you with both free of charge.
